Charm Materials: - 14K Gold plate brass / cubic zirconia charm - Gold filled cable chain This piece is crafted from gold filled cable chain. It is a much more affordable alternative to Solid Gold. With a layer of solid 14kt gold pressure bonded to a brass base metal, gold-filled pieces can last for many years with proper care. This technique is more durable than gold plating, but to be clear it is not solid gold. Gold filled is generally safe for most sensitive skin types, but can cause a reaction if you are allergic to brass. Although gold filled is very durable it can fade over time. Usually it can be cleaned by using a soft toothbrush combined with mild dish soap and water.
Our products ship via USPS in 3-5 business days using USPS Ground or USPS Priority.
We do not accept returns for online orders, due to a recent influx of fraudulent or spam orders. If your package is lost in transit, we are not responsible for lost packages, and will not refund or reship in the event that your package is lost or stolen.
We will, however, accept in person returns within 14 days.
