𝐀 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐝 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐬: When your item arrives, it will be packaged in a poly bag which keeps the shiny finish intact. You can either keep this shiny effect by polishing regularly with an inexpensive polishing cloth, or you can allow the brass to patina naturally. As soon as you take the pieces out of the plastic, they will begin the patina process, which we happen to love!
Our products ship via USPS in 3-5 business days using USPS Ground or USPS Priority.
We do not accept returns for online orders, due to a recent influx of fraudulent or spam orders. If your package is lost in transit, we are not responsible for lost packages, and will not refund or reship in the event that your package is lost or stolen.
We will, however, accept in person returns within 14 days.
